What do you need to be cast in commercials?

You need the right commercial head shot. What is the "right" commercial head shot? I am sure you think you know... But unless you have been a casting director for the past ten years and have the experience of booking talent for commercials then maybe, just maybe getting advice from someone who has a lot of experience in working with major casting directors would not be a bad idea.
